Enrolment Process
You can enrol your child for the term on either a weekly or fortnightly basis. Alternatively you can also book in for a casual session here and there! Click on our sign up page, enter in your details, create an account and you will have access to our booking calendar. It's that easy!
Booking The for The Term: Weekly and Fortnightly Students
Reminder: This is a term commitment. You are locked in for the term. Refunds are NOT provided for any missed sessions, only makeup sessions/replacement options are on offer if your child is absent for a session or multiple sessions during term (and spaces are limited). Please thoroughly read through our Terms and Conditions PDF and all the other documentation on this page. By engaging in all services provided by Transcend Learning, you are hereby in agreement to our terms and conditions including all fees, charges and policies.

Families are entitled to 2 non fee make-up sessions per child, per term for weekly/fortnightly students enrolled in a term, including any cancellation that results from a general illness.

What do I do if my child is sick, how do I upload a medical certificate to activate my makeup token on TutorBird?
