Payments
Invoices and Late Payment Fees
* Please ensure: sufficient funds are available in your nominated account. If Transcend Learning is unable to process the payment due to insufficient funds it will automatically attempt again until payment is successful.

* Please be advised that a late payment fee of $25.00 will be added to your account and will be automatically applied if payment is made later than the invoice due date. Transcend Learning doesn't want you to get stung by this additional cost but as it is automatic, we will be unable to remove this fee from your account once applied, and this amount will be due.

* A friendly reminder that: Invoices are due one week after their creation date, so please ensure sufficient funds are available by this date to avoid a late fee of $25.00.
Forms
Signage of forms is now a requirement for all families from 2024 onwards. Again, Transcend Learning will print out hard copies of each form requiring a signature, and we will have documents ready for you to sign starting next week. Alternatively, you can print these out from home and return asap (please ignore if you have already done so). The following forms to be signed are:

Medical Form
Please be advised - Transcend Learning’s lesson structure involves lots of movement, games running around and plenty of outside activities. Please notify Transcend Learning if your child has a medical condition or allergy. If your child has asthma please ensure they have their puffer with them at all times during learning time and the same goes for epi-pens for anaphylaxis etc.
* Please note: There may be traces of allergenic foods on site i.e. nuts: such as cashews etc. Please discuss any concerns or issues you may have with our staff.
